Laptop Battery Replacement

BIOS Problem.

MacBook Pro Retina Screen Replacemnt
Very good communication, Competitive Prices & Very quick repair time!
I was reluctant to have my MacBook repaired by any other than apple as its quite expensive if anything went wrong, however, IT services reassured me and once handed my laptop he texts me every step of the way! 
Took less then 1 day to fix and was very surprised I would definitely be using this company again I would definitely recommend this service if you have any doubts.

Worked above and beyond my expectation.
Contacted Andy and GoldIT was quick to respond. The advise was great and the resolution completed later in the day. The whole project was to build a website which was completed on the same day. I am very happy with the service of GoldIT, Andy is kind and very polite, having lots of experience in this field. I went to him asking for help for my laptop that refused to turn on. Together with his good will and professionalism he managed to detect the problem and solve it, saving me the money of a new laptop. When you run a small internet business from your home, the last thing you need is for the P.C to go down during a bank holiday weekend! Luckily the first company I called was run by Andy, who understood the urgency and called to rectify the problem on a bank holiday Monday.
It was clear from the start that he new exactly what he was doing and on top of this he was very patient dealing with a technophobic. He explained everything in layman’s terms and I feel much more comfortable now that I know he’s there for me to turn to when any future P.C problems arise. - Leigh
